Registration Fee- $20 Fee when your child is signed up for classes. This is non-refundable and a once-a-year fee.
Tuition- There will be no credits or refunds on tuition (due to missing classes or dropping classes). There is a $25.00 returned check fee. There are no exceptions to these policies.
A late fee of $5 per week will be added if tuition is not paid by the 2nd week due. Tuition is due every 8 weeks. Please refer to our “Tuition" tab for actual due dates and it will be posted in the studio.
Costumes-All costume payments will be due December 1st in full with the exception of Apprentice & Competitive dance which pay a $30 deposit per costume Sept. 1st & balance Oct. 1st.
No refunds on costumes. You are responsible for your costume balance should you drop class once costumes are ordered. Any necessary alterations are your responsibility. A list of shoes & tights will be available in Jan.
Costumes are only distributed once your 5th & final tuition payment (May) is paid.
Inclement Weather-Classes cancelled due to bad weather will appear on the local News station and will not be made up. NO refunds.
Holidays-The studio will be closed on various holidays throughout the year. Please refer to our “Payment & Break Schedule”. Also, it will be posted in the studio.
Dress Code-Please ensure that the student arrives to classes dressed in proper attire.

Classroom Rules-Please go over these with your child. No touching the mirrors, no hanging on the bars, no running (unless part of warm-up), no gum chewing, only water can be brought into the dance room. Inappropriate behavior (violence, touching, yelling, fowl language) can & will lead to immediate dismissal without refunds.
Viewing Class-Parents are only allowed to view the last 5 minutes of each class. Please wait until a teacher invites you into the room. During class please remain in the lobby or drop your child off. Please refrain from conversation &/or cell phone use while in the dance room.
Concerning Safety-Please make sure you pick your child up on time. If you will be late, please call the studio so we can keep your child in the lobby until you arrive. Please inform your children of the importance of staying inside the building until you are in sight. We do not want the children waiting outside. This is for your child’s safety.
